Microsoft patches record number of security vulnerabilities, citing its use of AI

Microsoft issued a record 570 security fixes in its monthly Patch Tuesday release, citing AI-assisted discovery of code vulnerabilities. At least two of the flaws are zero-days that were exploited in the wild: one enables privilege escalation on Windows Server, and another impacts SharePoint and was reported by CISA as actively exploited.
