Telehealth giant Hims & Hers says its customer support system was hacked

Hims & Hers disclosed a breach of its third-party customer support ticketing system following a social engineering attack between February 4–7 that resulted in theft of customer support tickets containing names, contact information and potentially sensitive account/health information; medical records were reported unaffected and the number of affected individuals is currently unknown.
