PQShield secures $37M more for ‘quantum resistant’ cryptography

PQShield raised $37 million in Series B funding led by Addition to expand its post-quantum cryptography hardware and software offerings and deepen collaboration with partners such as AMD, Microchip, Collins Aerospace, Lattice, Sumitomo Electric, NTT Data, Mirise, and Nvidia, while advising global government bodies. With NIST’s PQC standards expected imminently, the company offers a hardware SoC IP, a cryptographic SDK, and a secure messaging toolkit (including pro bono work with the Signal Foundation), positioning its technology for growing adoption as AI and evolving computing drive demand for stronger encryption across software and hardware.
