The FBI seized three domains tied to China-linked hacking group QTFY, which used tools called QScan to scan and exploit vulnerable systems at scale and QTRouter to obfuscate attacker traffic via hijacked routers, proxies and rented servers; the group is accused of targeting U.S. agencies (NASA, NIH, the Federal Reserve, Congress), critical infrastructure, hospitals, banks and defense contractors and exploiting Check Point and Ivanti flaws to access hundreds of organizations.
