INTERPOL Operation Takes Down Sniper Dz Phishing Platform, Arrests Administrator

INTERPOL-led Operation Ramz (Oct 2025–Feb 2026) disrupted Sniper Dz, a phishing-as-a-service platform active since at least 2015; authorities from 13 MENA countries made 201 arrests, including the platform's primary developer. Sniper Dz operated free PhaaS infrastructure and provided phishing kits, hosting, and operational support—responsible for over 20,000 unique domains and reportedly collecting more than 45,000 victim records while targeting ~30 major global organizations across multiple languages and leveraging social engineering and Telegram-based tutorials.
