Iran-Linked Hackers Breach FBI Director’s Personal Email, Hit Stryker With Wiper Attack

This report describes operations by an MOIS-linked hacktivist persona known as Handala Hack (also tracked as Banished Kitten/Cobalt Mystique/Red Sandstorm) that conducted hack-and-leak and destructive campaigns — including exfiltration of personal emails of an FBI official and wiper attacks against Stryker — using compromised VPN accounts, phishing, infostealers, administrative abuse of Microsoft Intune, Telegram-based C2, and wiper malware; several domains were seized by U.S. authorities and Microsoft/CISA issued hardening guidance.
