Hands-On Review: SASE-based XDR from Cato Networks

This article reviews Cato Networks' SASE-integrated XDR by walking through a day-in-the-life analyst scenario: an investigator identifies DGA-driven suspicious outbound communications from a single endpoint using the Tor browser, examines associated network flows and threat intelligence, assigns a malicious verdict (medium severity), and implements an inline firewall block to mitigate the threat — illustrating detection, triage, and response within the Cato platform.
