Europol Shuts Down 100+ Servers Linked to IcedID, TrickBot, and Other Malware

Europol and international partners executed a coordinated takedown of loader and botnet infrastructure (including IcedID, SystemBC, PikaBot, SmokeLoader, Bumblebee, and TrickBot) between May 27–29, dismantling over 100 servers, seizing 2,000+ domains, and arresting suspects across multiple countries; the loaders were used to deliver ransomware and other malware, infecting millions and impacting critical services.
