INTERPOL Operation Ramz Disrupts MENA Cybercrime Networks with 201 Arrests

Operation Ramz: INTERPOL coordinated a multi-country crackdown across 13 MENA states (Oct 2025–Feb 2026) that led to 201 arrests, identification of 382 additional suspects, 3,867 victims, and seizure of 53 servers; actions included disruption of a phishing-as-a-service, seizure of devices containing banking data and phishing software, remediation of malware-infected/vulnerable servers, and identification of compromised devices used to spread malicious threats, alongside related international law enforcement actions and sentencing updates.
