Recon is a newly launched dark web search engine developed by HugBunter that indexes dozens of marketplaces, tens of thousands of vendors and listings, and over a million reviews to streamline how cybercriminals find and evaluate illicit goods and vendors; while only a few indexed marketplaces are currently online, community feedback has been largely positive and the service could rapidly expand its index and features, increasing its utility to criminals and potentially becoming a major competitor to existing engines like Kilos.
