Five things we learned from the Conti chat logs

ReliaQuest analyzed a large Conti leak containing ~60,694 internal messages and published ransomware source code, extracting insights into the group's professionalized structure, working hours (weekdays peak, reduced weekends), leadership concentration, recruitment activity, and correlations between chat activity and successful ransomware attacks; the leak exposes detailed TTPs and infrastructure that both help defenders and risk enabling further criminal operations.
