Solving Cybersecurity’s Data Conundrum via DIR Approaches

This document outlines challenges security operations teams face with distributed data and disparate tools, and proposes a vendor-agnostic ‘data stitching’ approach to collect, normalize, and query relevant security data on-demand to enable more efficient detection, investigation, and response across endpoint, network, cloud, and business applications.
