Ukrainian-language Cybercriminal Platforms: A Gap In the Market?

This report analyzes why Ukrainian-language cybercriminal platforms are scarce, reviewing historical takedowns like xDedic, the role of bulletproof hosting, community language and cultural dynamics, and how Ukrainian–Western law enforcement cooperation and migration to Russian-language forums have shaped the ecosystem; it concludes that while Ukrainian nationals are active in cybercrime, the landscape is currently fragmented and may evolve in the future.
