Wiz Expands Runtime Protection to Serverless Containers

**Wiz** announced expanded coverage of its **runtime sensor** to serverless containers, including **AWS Fargate** and **Azure Container Apps (ACA)**, delivering a defense-in-depth approach without host access via **ptrace**. Deployable as a sidecar or embedded, the sensor provides real-time **threat detection and response**, **custom rules**, **runtime hunting**, anomaly detection, and **runtime vulnerability validation**, centralizing process, command, and DNS events to enhance visibility, blocking, and investigations across ephemeral serverless workloads.
