Wiz + Spotify Backstage: Security at the Developer’s Desk

Wiz announces the general availability of a Backstage plugin that surfaces Wiz Issues and Vulnerabilities directly within the Spotify Backstage developer portal by mapping Wiz projects to Backstage components. The plugin provides per-component vulnerability counts, severity, search and filter capabilities (by rule, resource, or CVE), remediation status and detection timestamps, and a one-click link into Wiz for full-context investigation and remediation—aiming to clarify ownership and bring security into developer workflows.
