WizOS Is Here: Transforming Container Security from the Image Up

Wiz announces the public preview of WizOS, a catalog of secured, minimal container images built from source with SBOMs and provenance, maintained under strict CVE remediation SLAs, and integrated with the Wiz platform to streamline adoption at scale. The platform provides inventory visibility, risk-based image swap recommendations, AI-guided migration planning, built-in compatibility with a secured package repository, and forthcoming CI/CD and admission controller guardrails, enabling organizations to replace vulnerable base images and significantly reduce container CVEs.
