On June 9, 2026 Fedora published an update for Chromium 149.0.7827.102 fixing multiple critical use-after-free vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-11628–CVE-2026-11667) affecting components such as Ozone, Aura, and Bluetooth; one of the flaws (CVE-2026-11645) was reported as actively exploited. All users of Fedora 43 and 44 are advised to apply the update immediately to prevent possible arbitrary code execution or browser crashes.
