Several Malaysian government websites, including the Ministry of Health, were compromised by attackers identifying as 'Mushr00w' who exploited a Joomla CMS vulnerability to execute PHP code, create fake editor accounts, and deploy backdoors; NC4 and NACSA reported active exploitation, temporary service outages, and urged immediate reporting and urgent Joomla updates to mitigate further risk.
