Minnesota Sues to Stop ICE ‘Invasion’

Minnesota and the Twin Cities filed a federal lawsuit against DHS to stop Operation Metro Surge, alleging an unlawful immigration enforcement escalation that threatens public safety and violates constitutional and administrative law.
