ICE Agent’s ‘Dragging’ Case May Help Expose Evidence in Renee Good Shooting

Defense attorneys for Roberto Carlos Muñoz-Guatemala have asked a federal judge to compel prosecutors to turn over investigative files and training records for ICE agent Jonathan Ross after discovering Ross was the agent who fatally shot Renee Nicole Good during a January operation; they contend these records could be relevant to a new-trial motion or sentencing mitigation given Ross’ role and a prior June incident in which he was dragged during Muñoz-Guatemala’s arrest.
