Binance’s Top Crypto Crime Investigator Is Being Detained in Nigeria

Nigerian authorities detained Binance executives Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla in Abuja after inviting them to discuss the government’s dispute with Binance and its directive to block access to crypto exchanges blamed for naira devaluation and illicit money flows; their passports were seized and they were held without initial charges, according to their families.
