Wultra Secures €3M to Protect Financial Institutions from Quantum Threats

Wultra, a Czech cybersecurity startup, raised €3 million in a Seed+ round led by Tensor Ventures with co-investment from Elevator Ventures and returning investor J&T Ventures to accelerate development of post-quantum authentication technology for financial institutions; the release highlights existing banking clients, the Talisman hardware authenticator manufactured in the EU, compliance with PSD3/eIDAS 2.0 and NIST-endorsed quantum-resistant cryptography, and plans to expand into Western Europe and Southeast Asia with a Singapore office in 2025.
