Women in CyberSecurity Launches Just Hacking Program To Address Skills Gaps

Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) launched the Just Hacking Program, a practical training initiative offering three initial courses—AI Cyber Defense Ops, script-based malware analysis, and web application penetration testing—aimed at addressing identified technical skills gaps among members. The self-paced courses include weekly live mentor sessions, target members at all career levels, and are informed by workforce assessments from Skillrex and research with FourOne Insights that link targeted training and mentorship to improved retention and employment outcomes.
