Frontier Model Is the Wrong Meter for Continuous Security

The article argues that frontier AI models (e.g., Anthropic's Mythos) are ill-suited to serve as always-on enterprise security scanners because high output-token costs and data-retention/compliance requirements make continuous, whole-estate scanning economically and legally impractical; instead, organizations should adopt an independent, cost-effective continuous-scanning layer and reserve frontier models for targeted, high-value analysis.
