Massive AI investment scam network spans 15,500 domains

Malwarebytes researchers uncovered a massive AI-themed investment scam spanning ~15,500 domains that uses the Keitaro tracking/traffic distribution system to cloaktarget victims and present convincing deepfake-backed landing pages; the operation routes traffic from compromised sites, spam, social media and ads, shows benign pages to scanners and reviewers, and aims to defraud consumers with fake high-return investment schemes.
