Traditional Software Delivery Models Are Now Obsolete

This document is a short JavaScript snippet that parses an HTML string, removes <noscript> elements, transfers head children into the active document head, wraps body children in a container with id "parent_container", and appends that container to the document body on window.onload. It is code for DOM manipulation and not a cybersecurity incident report.
