**Executive Summary:** This is Constella Intelligence's End User License Agreement (EULA) defining the limited license to its applications, usage restrictions, ownership of Constella Data, customer responsibilities for Customer Data and account security, payment and tax terms, support and termination conditions, confidentiality obligations, limitations of warranty and liability, and dispute resolution; it includes an Exhibit A Clear-Text Password Addendum that specifies permitted uses of unencrypted passwords, required security measures, customer representations, and an unlimited indemnity requirement for misuse.
