Updated Response to CISA Advisory (AA23-136A): #StopRansomware: BianLian Ransomware Group

This report describes an AttackIQ attack-graph and emulation of the BianLian ransomware/data extortion group based on a joint CISA/FBI/ACSC advisory and third-party reporting; it maps the full kill chain (custom backdoor delivery, persistence via RDP and scheduled tasks, discovery, credential dumping and lateral movement, exfiltration, and file encryption using RSA + AES-256-CBC) and provides detection and mitigation guidance to validate and improve defensive controls.
