Let’s Coordinate Before We Raise Another Billion Dollars

This opinion essay argues that open source security is an urgent problem but that the ecosystem already contains many initiatives; before creating a new billion-dollar fund the industry should first map existing projects, investments and outcomes, establish common metrics, and address coordination and governance to avoid duplication and inefficiency.
