Gen Z’s Rising Susceptibility to Social Engineering Attacks

This article asserts that Generation Z's digital behaviors—digital complacency, impulsivity, excessive sharing, and limited cyber hygiene—make them especially susceptible to social engineering, and recommends organization-focused mitigations such as bite-sized, mobile-friendly training, realistic phishing simulations tied to social platforms and deepfakes, and mentorship programs to instill better security habits.
